Creation of an online questionnaire for diversity management self-assessment based on the HEAD Wheel that goes beyond demographic diversity only and additionally encompasses cognitive, disciplinary, functional and institutional diversity segments. Thus, the tailor-made questionnaire will explicitly refer to all segments of the HEAD Wheel.
A self-assessment process can support the development of a strategic organisational diversity management implementation with clearly defined short-term and long-term goals and measurable objectives. The HEAD(wheel) self-assessment is supposed to be an ongoing process, not a one-time occurrence. It offers higher education institutions and its staff the opportunity to assess individual and collective progress over time.
